How it works

STEP 1

Choose a service

Select a service based on your needs. For multiple concerns or a diagnosis, choose a general consult option.

STEP 2

Book and pay

Provide your details, pay securely online, and receive a booking confirmation with next steps. You may need to complete an online form for the practitioner to review.

STEP 3

Connect with Your Practitioner

For phone consults, the practitioner will call you. For video consults, you’ll receive a link via SMS and email to join the virtual waiting room.

STEP 4

Receive your documents

After your consultation, any issued documents (medical certificate, treatment plan, or referral) will be emailed to you. Prescriptions will be sent as an eScript via SMS.
