A Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) is a plan for people experiencing mental health issues. If you have mental health issues, a doctor can write a plan for you. The plan identifies what type of health care you need and spells out what you and your doctor have agreed you are aiming to achieve.
STEP 1
Choose an appointment specific to your requirements, enter your details to make your booking, and securely pay online. You'll receive a booking confirmation with instructions about what comes next.
STEP 2
You will receive a link to join the consultation via SMS and email. From there, join the virtual waiting room to connect with your doctor. No downloads or software needed.
STEP 3
At the end of your consultation, if you were issued a mental health treatment plan and/or referral these will be sent to your email.
STEP 4
Choose if you want to see a psychologist in person or via telehealth. If seeing an online psychologist upload your MHTP and referral letter or take them with you to your in-person appointment.
