A telehealth consult for a new patient costs $325. With a valid Medicare card and referral from a GP you'll receive a $84.15 rebate from Medicare.
A telehealth consult for an existing patient costs $265. With a valid Medicare card and referral from a GP you’ll receive a $42.30 rebate from Medicare.

Do I need a referral?
Virtual Dermatology removes the usual barriers to specialist care. A GP referral is not required. However, you won’t be eligible for a Medicare rebate without one. If you need a referral you can make an online appointment to request one.
