Dr. Rob McCubbin is a GP registrar who completed his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine at Melbourne University in 2017. Rob has completed a range of hospital rotations over 3 years including General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Colorectal Surgery and Geriatrics with Monash Health as well as Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics at the Joan Kirner Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Sunshine.  His vast experience and medical qualifications set him apart as a highly competent GP in Balwyn.

He is currently completing the RANZCOG Certificate of Women’s Health. Rob is interested in all aspects of general practice including skin checks and immunisations, and is eager to experience a broad range of patients and conditions whilst he is undergoing his General Practice training.

Outside of medicine Rob grew up in Gippsland but has lived in Melbourne since 2011. He loves to travel and his favourite trips include hot air ballooning in Cappadocia, and animal spotting in Borneo.
