Originally from Canada, Dr Hodgson came over to Australia for medical school and graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015. He completed his intern year of training at Rockhampton Hospital in Queensland.

He has acquired advanced experience at Queen Elizabeth II Hospital and Redlands Hospital as an Emergency Medicine Senior House Officer and Emergency Medicine Registrar, frequently managing critically ill patients both adults and children.

As a skilled doctor in Jimboomba, his special interests include paediatrics, surgery and chronic disease management.

In his spare time, Dr Hodgson loves flying planes, and even has a Private Pilot’s licence.
