Dr Phillip graduated from medical school (UOW) in 2015 and has worked in all of Perth's major tertiary centres (Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Fiona Stanley and Royal Perth). 

He has an interest in the treatment of skin cancers and has worked as a plastic surgery registrar for several years, published in multiple national and international journals, and presented at multiple national and international conferences.

Dr Phillip grew up in Tasmania and was a state tennis representative throughout his high school years. Dr Phillip continues to enjoy playing social sport and has a special interest in treating related conditions. Prior to medicine, Dr Phillip completed a degree in chemical engineering."
