Marisa is an experienced Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor who has worked across various healthcare populations. Being an ex-dancer, she has spent much of her career helping performing artists optimise their performance through both remediation and preventative strategies. She has worked as an in-theatre Physiotherapist for some of Australia’s biggest touring productions including Wizard of Oz, Rocky Horror Show, Evita, West Side Story, Muriel’s Wedding, and Shakespeare in Love.

Marisa is additionally trained in dry needling, Clinical Pilates (AAPI), pre-pointe assessments for dancers, tertiary dance assessments, and Vocal Physiotherapy.  She has a special interest in sports, performing arts and adolescent injuries, women’s health, and exercise prescription for performance optimisation/injury prevention.
