Dr Owen Bowey is a permanent full time GP registrar at Palm Springs Medical Centre. He has recently moved back to WA having previously obtained his degree through Monash University and training in Victoria. Dr Bowey was born in South Australia, trained with the Royal Australian Navy and is currently working towards his GP Fellowship while training through WAGPET. Dr Bowey is excited to be part of the team at Palm Springs Medical Centre. He prides himself on being open and approachable and taking both a practical approach to the application of medicine as well as fostering increased health understanding and lifestyle improvement.

Dr Bowey is currently bulk billing all Medicare eligible services while he establishes himself at Palm Springs Medical Centre.

Outside of Medicine, Dr Bowey is an avid Gardner, has a keen interest in sailing and lives in WA with his Wife and pet kelpie Dash.
