Eric is our Canadian physiotherapist coming all the way from Ontario. After completing a four year bachelor’s degree majoring in Movement Science, Eric decided to move to Melbourne to study the Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Melbourne. Having been under the impression that he was moving to Melbourne for the warm Australian weather he heard so much about growing up, Eric decided to stay as he grew to love the food, activity and sporting culture Melbourne had to offer.

Growing up in the Great White North, Eric enjoyed playing ice hockey, snowboarding and racing mountain bikes. It was his passion and knowledge surrounding winter sports that helped him land the role of Team Physiotherapist for the Melbourne Ice, ice hockey team in the AIHL for the 2019 season. Eric also completed a global placement in 2018 at The University of Michigan, U.S.A, gaining valuable experience working with the top clinicians and athletes the NCAA has to offer.

Eric believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation with special interest in the back pain and sporting populations, as well as strength and conditioning training to help return clients to pain-free, optimal functioning.
