Colman has previously worked as a physiotherapist in both Ireland and New Zealand. He is a firm believer in patient education and empowerment to allow patients to not only take control of resolving their injuries in conjunction with physiotherapy treatment, but to also gain a sufficient understanding and knowledge of injury prevention and developing a healthy lifestyle. Having participated and competed in several sports at various levels, Colman has a very good background knowledge of sport specific strengthening and return to play rehabilitation.

Hobbies and interests include sports, music and travel. Specifically sailing, basketball and gaelic football. Previous exeprience in sports physiotherapy includes Auckland Conference level football, Auckland touch rugby at New Zealand national level, Munster Junior rubgy and provincial All Ireland youth hockey.
