Dr Yadanar Thwe earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) in 2002. She is an Australian-based health professional and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She also holds an Australian Medical Council (AMC) Certificate. She migrated to Australia after working as a GP for over 12 years throughout Jamaica and Myanmar. Dr Thwe is a dedicated GP in Deer Park with extensive experience in all facets of medical procedures and is highly capable of managing a variety of cases.

Her special interests include women's health, children's health, chronic disease management, mental health, emergency medicine, sexual health and travel medicine.

Dr Thwe speaks Burmese in addition to English, and enjoys helping her patients to achieve their health goals.

She is available during the week and on weekends in a full time capacity.
