Dr Nzinga Bila obtained a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, 1989. Dr Bila received a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2011.

Dr Bila is a caring and friendly family doctor in Morley who enjoys helping his patients to achieve their health goals. He has a special interest in chronic disease management,skin cancer checks, emergency and family medicine, chest pain and complex medical conditions. He speaks French and Swahili languages.
