Mitch draws on his athletic background as a football athlete to improve his physiotherapy practice. Mitch has an interest in sports and orthopaedic injuries, ACL rehabilitation and return to sport planning. Mitch uses physiotherapy, flexibility and strength training principles to assist with spinal and musculo-skeletal injury management. Mitch works closely in team sports as a physiotherapist for Darebin Falcons VFL team.
