Sporty, fit and fun-loving, kind and compassionate - Stef encompasses everything that is the Enhance ethos.

Hailing from Canada, Stef completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, before traveling to Melbourne to complete her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. Stef has post-graduate qualifications in Dry Needling and Clinical Pilates and is trained in Hydrotherapy and the use of Real-Time Ultrasound and Shockwave Therapy.

Stef has extensive experience working with a wide variety of sporting clubs and athletes including Australian Rules Football, ice, and field hockey, soccer, and surfing including interning with the medical team at the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing in Hawaii. Stef currently manages the rehabilitation and physiotherapy program for the East Fremantle Women's AFL team.

Stef is passionate about the sport, is an ice hockey fanatic, a previous Varsity and club soccer player in Canada and was a figure skater!

From a Physiotherapy perspective, Stef's special interests include sporting injuries, neck pain, and headaches.
