Dr John Adam Foster De Laat completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland in 2012. He earned the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2017. Dr De Laat is experienced in all aspects of general medicine and has skills in mental health, counselling and chronic disease management.

Other interests include family medicine, men’s health, paediatrics, childhood immunisations, mental health and counselling, dermatology, travel medicine and vaccine requirements.

Dr De Laat also performs minor surgical procedures. He is a talented doctor in Wavell Heights who believes listening to his patients and motivating them to improve their health is at the heart of how he practices medicine.
