Dr Grover completed medicine from University Auckland in 2003 and completed her specialization in cardiology at Royal Adelaide hospital in 2009. She has completed her PhD in 2014 through Flinders University. Her PhD included studies on identifying early predictors of cardiac damage in chemotherapy cardiotoxicity, study of myocardial oxgygenation in chronic LV dysfunction and utilizing imaging biomarkers in myocardial infarction to predict late function recovery. 

Dr Grover has been working at the heart and vascular institute since 2010. Her clinical interests include cardiomyopathy, chemotherapy cardiotoxicity, stress echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. She works part time at Flinders Medical Centre as a cardiac magnetic resonance consultant. Her current research interests include hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and chemotherapy cardiotoxicity.
