Overview
Jen commenced working at Lifecare Croydon in 2011 with extensive experience in sports and spinal physiotherapy and rehabilitation. She has been passionate about a more holistic view to health and currently uses Dry Needling as an adjunct to other therapies.
She completed training in Clinical Pilates and enjoys taking both individual and group sessions to achieve rehabilitation, sporting and lifestyle goals.
Jen is also excited to start some NEW Over 60s Exercises Classes in the Clinical Pilates studio. These classes cater to all levels of ability and follow an initial assessment to work on indiviual fitness, strength, balance, posture and flexibility goals.
The birth of her own 3 children sparked a further interest in Womens' Health and Jen has extended her education into this area. She is particularly interested in the education and care of women during the pre/post natal period and assisting with the design of appropriate exercise or pilates programs for these women.
She is keen to pursue further training in the area of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation in the next year and is excited to increase the Womens' Health services offered at Lifecare Croydon.
