Dr David Holt is a General Practitioner at Ellen Health who is qualified to perform Diving Medicals for both recreational and commercial divers.

He has a Medical Degree with Honours from Flinders University, South Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering (Aeronautical) with Honours from the University of Sydney. He served 25 years in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), initially as a pilot then as a Doctor.

Dr Holt has done additional training in Aviation Medicine at the RAAF Institute of Aviation Medicine and Underwater/Diving Medicine at the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) Submarine and Underwater Medicine Unit, HMAS Penguin, Sydney. He has also worked as General Practitioner with RAN and the Australian Army, which included Underwater/Diving Medicine

Dr Holt has an in-depth understanding of the needs of those working in the Aviation industry and the healthcare needs and experiences of Veterans.

Growing up in Sydney, Dr Holt first moved to Perth in 1990 where he met his wife. After many years moving around Australia and the UK, he and his family returned to Perth.
