About Janelle

Janelle is a clinical psychologist and has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree, with Honours in Psychology, from Latrobe University along with a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Curtin University. She has worked in both the public and private sectors including at the Centre for Clinical Interventions, Joondalup Health Campus, and Princess Margaret Hospital where she worked on the inpatient team providing therapeutic assistance to adolescents with eating disorders. 
Janelle specialises in the treatment of eating disorders and anxiety disorders and has a special interest in the treatment of perfectionism and performance based anxiety. She also works well with clients experiencing depression, low self-esteem and personality and relationship issues. 

Janelle's approach is evidence based and her therapeutic style is directed by the cognitive behavioural mode which she enhances with Mindfulness techniques. As well as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for mood and anxiety disorders ,
