Dr Gabriel Ezra (General Practitioner)

Dr Ezra graduated from Monash University in 2016 and worked in variety of medical specialties within Peninsula and Eastern Health before entering general practice.

Upon attaining his fellowship, he gained further proficiency in chronic disease management and aged care by working predominantly within Eastern Health’s Transition Care Program, looking after elderly patients who have recently been hospitalised.

He is enthusiastic about preventive health and finding ways to help patients achieve their best health outcomes.

When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four young children or seeking out a quiet moment to read.
