Dr Timothy Ting is the latest addition to the HHMP team. He is a senior GP registrar completing his training with the HHMP team.

Tim grew up and went to school in Kempsey, rural NSW. He excelled at school and completed his Bachelor of Medical Studies in 2015 followed by a Doctor of Medicine in 2018 both at The University of New South Wales (UNSW).

He proceeded to work in Northern and North-Western Sydney with terms at Hornsby Hospital, Northern Beaches Hospital, The Sydney Adventist hospital and various general practices. He has been a clinical tutor to junior doctors and conducted research on brain blood flow during surgery.

Tim enjoys the variety of general practice and has a special focus on paediatric, aged care and chronic disease. He has developed a particular interest in COVID-19 having been involved on various hospital crisis teams.

Tim is married and when away from work likes to spend his time playing music at his local church, exploring local walks and beaches and working up a sweat playing soccer or frisbee.
