Dr Ashwin Umakantha Sarma graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Monash University in 2016. He gained valuable experience while working in various medical specialties at Monash Health including General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Nephrology and Rehabilitation.

Dr Sarma is a compassionate doctor in Carrum Downs who strongly believes that a holistic and preventative approach to healthcare is important. He enjoys working in all aspects of general medicine and has a keen interest in Geriatrics. He happily provides medical care to patients of all ages and from all walks of life.

In addition to English, Dr Ashwin Umakantha Sarma speaks Tamil fluently.
