Kennedy was born in Hong Kong and moved to Melbourne when he was 13. He studied a Masters of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University and he has always had a passion for building genuine connections with his clients; he believes trust enhances improvement outcomes. Alongside that he has a special interest in treating RSI, neck pain and headaches.

Kennedy was the head physiotherapist for the Hockey Victoria Men's team in 2017 and worked in Melbourne CBD as a corporate health & wellness physio with experience in ergonomics, workplace habits & repetitive strain injuries (RSIs).

He is also a professional ski instructor, he worked with snowsports athletes involved in knee, hip & concussion management whilst he was living in Vail, Colorado in 2018.

In his down time he enjoys golf, exercising with gym or swimming and flying a plane!
