Dr Sophie Vavladelis is a Sydney University graduate with over 25 years experience in General Practice.She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and has completed a Diploma in Child Health at Westmead Children’s Hospital.

Dr Vavladelis has extensive experience in several areas of general practice. Dr Vavladelis has worked in a city based Breast Clinic-assessing and managing patients with breast symptoms; a Skin Cancer Clinic-performing skin checks and minor surgical procedures as well as a city based Executive Health Clinic-assessing clients and advising on preventative lifestyle management.

Her current employment includes work in a Cardiac Clinic and a Weight Loss Clinic-managing bariatric surgical and non surgical patients. In a private hospital setting she continues to work alongside an Obstetrician assisting in the care of ante natal women with a specific interest in nutritional and emotional health. This practice also specialises in Urogynaecology where she manages women with bladder issues , including pessary care. Her passion, however is in women’s health. Dr Vavladelis practises Lifestyle Medicine which focuses on preventative and nutritional health. Sophie embraces a holistic approach of a “Well Being in Body and Mind” approach in her practice.
