Dr Amin Kolahdouzan (Kol) is a Sydney local whose career goal has always been to help people. After graduating as DUX from Epping Boys’ High School and receiving the Premier’s Award for Academic Excellence, Dr Amin Kol continued his studies to obtain a Bachelor of Dental Science with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne in 2010.After serving the rural communities of the Northern Rivers of NSW and Byron Bay region, Dr Amin Kol completed a residency implant program under the guidance of the renowned oral surgeons, The Bislki Brothers, and further specialised in Dentofacial Cosmetics (Australasian Association of Dentofacial Aesthetics accredited and member of the prestigious Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons). Throughout his career, Dr Amin Kolahdouzan has been committed to both educating the public about the world of Dentistry and to continually give back to the community. He has worked with partners and communities in rural NSW, Fiji, Mauritius and Vanuatu, providing free treatments and oral health awareness programs.Since moving back to Sydney, Dr Kol has trained under the guidance of renowned Sydney cosmetic dentist Dr Angelo Lazaris in veneers, gum lifts, Invisalign, Digital Smile Design, conscious oral sedation and much more.Dr Amin Kol is a firm believer in the future of Dentistry where both patients and clinicians can benefit from 3D computerised smile designs to guarantee perfect results for his patients. Beyond his clinical and academic achievements, patients mostly know Dr Amin Kolahdouzan for his caring and friendly personality. He can make even the most tense of dental patients relax while in his chair and each treatment plan is tailored to individual patient’s needs. In his personal time, Dr Amin Kol enjoys keeping fit with outdoor activities including surfing, kite surfing, skiing, skydiving, scuba diving and most recently Jujutsu.
