Dr Priyantha Attanayaka, holds many  years of experience as a general practitioner. After graduating from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, in 2000, he worked in the hospital sector until moving to Australia with Permanent Residency in 2006. Dr Priyantha has obtained Australian Medical Council registration and worked in several hospitals in NT and QLD before changing his career into general practice. Since then he has obtained the Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). With his exposure to different settings of healthcare provision as well as different communities both urban & rural, he brings a wealth of knowledge to deliver full spectrum of general practice, with particular interest in Mental Health, Skin Cancer, Chronic Disease Management, Paediatrics and Men’s & women’s health. He is a highly qualified GP in Ashgrove who has extensive experience and is highly capable of managing a variety of cases.
