Sam was born and raised in Perth. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Western Australia in 2015, as well as Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of New South Wales.

Sam enjoys all areas of general practice, and has special interests in mental health, palliative care, chronic disease and preventative medicine, adolscent and young adult medicine, Aboriginal and transcultural health, men's health, iron infusions and health promotion.

Prior to GP training, Sam has worked at a number of hospitals including Fiona Stanley, Rockingham General Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and Kalgoorlie Regional Hospital. He has undertaken a palliative care placement and subsequently obtained the Clinical Diploma in Palliative Medicine in 2019.

Weekdays before 4.00pm Mon-Fri: All Bulk billed

Weekdays AFTER 4.00pm Mon-Fri: children under 16 years or health care card /concession card holders bulk billed only. All other appointments after 4pm are pirvatley billed.

All procedures carry a private gap fee unless otherwise specified.
