Jill attended medical school at The University of Adelaide, graduating on the Deans List for academic excellence. After a number of years working in public hospitals in South Australia, she completed general practice specialty training. During this time she also completed a Diploma of Child Health and Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health (including IUD insertion). After working as a GP in Adelaide, she travelled to Canada, spending 3 years working as a GP in Vancouver, where she completed a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. 

Jill has an interest in all aspects of general practice including womens health (inc Mirena insertion), child health, preventative health and travel health. She enjoys combining her time in general practice with her work at BreastScreen SA where she is also involved in research. 

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her young family and travelling.
