Born and raised in England (UK), Dr Jaina Chauhan qualified from the University of Nottingham Medical School in 2006, and completed her GP training in South East London, subsequently working as a GP in the West Midlands. She holds further qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Sexual and Reproductive health. She is a generalist at heart, and is well versed in managing chronic disease, treating everyone from babies to the aged.
Dr Chauhan believes clear balanced communication and patient-centred care build the cornerstone of effective primary health care delivery. She has worked as a GP in the Northern Suburbs of Perth since 2015 and maintains her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of GPs.
Dr Chauhan will be offering out-of-hours telehealth services and looks forward to addressing the health needs of the local population again.
