Ivan is an APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist who has degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports Science, including a Master’s Degree in Sports Physiotherapy. He currently works part time with Swimming Australia in the role of Manager of Clinical Services and Lead Physiotherapist, and also part time with the Queensland Academy of Sport Rowing Program. The remainder of his time is spent with Queensland Sports Medicine Centre. He previously worked for the Australian Institute of Sport for 13 years. Ivan has been selected as Team Physiotherapist on the Australian Olympic Team for all Olympic Games from Sydney 2000 through to Rio 2016, working with kayaking, rowing, diving and archery.
