Aaron has a been involved with sport and Fitness his whole life, competing in both team and individual sports. His passion is in Martial arts in which he holds black belt in Hapkido.

​He completed his bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science as well as his Masters in Exercise Physiology at ACU in 2017. He has experience with both private personal training and group classes. Aaron occasionally works with kids and youths to promote movement as well as a healthy and safe lifestyle.
