Joe studied medicine at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and graduated in 2011. After moving to Australia in 2013 he completed residency at Fremantle and Fiona Stanley hospitals gaining experience in a wide range of specialities before spending 3 years working in Orthopaedic Surgery. Prior to working at Two Rocks he spent some time in rural General Practice in Busselton.

He has a special interest in Sports Medicine and works as the club doctor for Perth Demons in the WAFL. He enjoys treating sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems, and also has an interest in chronic disease, men’s health, and minor procedures.

Outside of work Joe enjoys spending time with his young kids, and keeping fit.
