Neil originally qualified as a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy in the UK in 1982 and subsequently gained post graduate qualifications in Manipulative Therapy and Sports Physiotherapy from Curtin University in Western Australia and an MSc from Oxford Brookes University in the UK.
Neil’s clinical experience of managing musculoskeletal problems has predominantly been in private practice in Western Australia, but includes work in the mining and gas industries and with sports teams. He has over 12 years teaching experience in the UK where he was a Senior Lecturer on both the BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and MSc Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy programmes at Sheffield Hallam University and Oxford Brookes University.
His special areas of interest include back and neck pain, whiplash injuries, headache, jaw pain, sports injuries and arthritis.
