Louise has over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. During this time she has managed and run the health and wellness area of a leisure centre. She has trained and worked with a wide variety of people with various injuries that she has helped rehabilitate.

In addition, she also has a qualification in deep tissue massage which she has held for 25 years and has recently upgraded that qualification to a Diploma in Remedial Massage.

During her time in the industry she has found that she has an affinity towards helping people rehabilitate injuries, using different massage techniques including, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep and soft tissue massage & MET’s and stretching. Using her knowledge in exercise she can also prescribe exercise and stretches to be performed at home to assist in the improvement of many conditions.

Louise is also able to perform relaxation, sports and lymphatic drainage massage.
