Dr Kent Nguyen graduated from medical school at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2016. He was awarded the Dr Kennedy Dalgleish General Practice Prize in 2016 for his academic achievements.
He completed his internship and residency at Bankstown-Lidcombe and Campbelltown Hospital. He rotated through a variety of disciplines including Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, Surgery (Urological), and Paediatrics - gaining valuable knowledge and experience.
He regularly teaches medical students for UNSW. He was awarded Tutor of the Year (2017_ by the UNSW School of Medicine South Eastern Sydney Clinical School.
He has a special interest in preventative medicine, chronic disease management and community health.
He speaks fluent Vietnamese and English.
