Dr Teneille Boyland enjoys all aspects of General Practice and has a special interest in the following areas:

Travel Medicine
Skin Cancer Medicine and Skin checks
Diving Medicine – performing both Recreational and Commercial Diving Medicals
Indigenous health

Teneille completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at the Australian National University in 2012, during which time she trained at The Canberra Hospital. Prior to this Teneille studied a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Marine Science and undertook additional training as a Commercial Scuba Diver.
Upon completion of her degree, Teneille moved back to her birthplace of Townsville where she worked at The Townsville Hospital, The Mater Hospital as well as spending time in rural and remote communities such as Hughenden, Richmond and Palm Island. Teneille began consulting as a General Practitioner at the Townsville Family Medical Centre in 2015 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
When not at looking after her patients, Teneille enjoys spending time with her young family and perfecting her gluten free baking.
