Dr Ken Martin graduated from Queensland University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree. He spent the next 7 years after graduation practicing in Gympie before Dr Ken Martin and his wife decided to relocate so he could establish himself as a dentist in Graceville. He is an Australian Dental Association (ADA) member, Dental Update member, as well as a long-time member of Fauchard Dental Study Club.

In 2002 he completed a two and a half year Orthodontic course through POS (Progressive Orthodontic Systems). He has also completed training with INVISALIGN and offers this treatment to adult patients who require Orthodontic treatment. He has also completed courses in the area of dental implants with many different systems e.g. Innova, Imtek, Straumann and MIS.

As a practitioner, Dr Ken Martin strives to provide a relaxed and caring atmosphere for all his patients. His expertise include cosmetic dentistry and the use of implants for replacing missing teeth.

Outside of work, Graceville dentist Dr Martin loves spending time with his wife, their 5 children and their grandchildren. His hobbies include cycling and building projects.
