Tanya grew up in rural South Australia. She completed her medical degree at the University of Adelaide, and hospital training in Adelaide before moving to Victoria. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and also has a Diploma in Child Health and a Graduate Certificate of Travel Medicine.

Tanya enjoys all aspects of General Practice, and has a particular focus on evidence-based medicine and empowering her patients to improve their health.
