Dr Amanda Hume enjoys assisting with a variety of Acute, Preventative and Chronic Disease health care. She is passionately interested in Mental Health, Women’s Health, Osteoporosis, Travel Medicine and Diabetes. She specialises in Child Health Checks as well.

Amanda completed her Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Queensland in 2008. She obtained her fellowship of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2014. Prior to becoming a doctor, she was working in the field of education. She was teaching modern languages and was an ESL teacher (English as a Second Language).

Dr Hume is a passionate doctor in Fairfield who works collaboratively with the patients to provide an unrivalled level of care. She is enthusiastic about working with and caring for people in the community.

Alongside English, Amanda is fluent in German and French, which allows her to easily communicate with a diverse clientele.
