About Chloe

Chloë Green is a compassionate Clinical Psychologist with a bright demeanour. She has comprehensive training in the assessment and treatment of mild to severe mental health difficulties.

 

Chloë brings an easy, natural and genuine approach to working with people and treating a wide range of conditions. 

 

Her work with people affected by many kinds of challenges has inspired a keen interest in resilience. She believes that a supportive therapeutic setting can help people nurture their potential.

 

Chloë strength is working alongside her clients in a process of discovery and shared learning about presenting difficulties. This gives space for recognising abilities, trying out new ways of coping and problem-solving and building hope for the future.

 

She is an Applied Mindfulness Practitioner and her daily mindfulness practice motivates her passion for working with people with empathy, curiosity and creativity. She is adept at helping people develop mindfulness skills that add richness to relationships, self-awareness, compassion for self and others and optimism for life’s challenges.

 

Chloë is skilled in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. She brings this knowledge to her sessions in practical and approachable ways that are tailored to each person.

 

Chloë has experience in helping people live well with anxiety, mood difficulties, relationship challenges, perfectionism, life stage changes, grief and trauma.

 

Chloë is  also experienced in helping individuals who are experiencing hallucinations and psychotic disorders among other challenges.

 

She works with diverse people across the lifespan, especially adults and those with long-term mental health difficulties and enjoys working with individuals and groups.

 

Chloë is joining our team after a year of traveling in Asia and Europe during 2017-2018. Over this time she practiced yoga, meditation and mindfulness and learned about life in other cultures and countries. She is savouring being back in Adelaide and excited to continue her vocation as a psychologist.

AHPRA Accredited Registered Clinical Psychologist 

Australian Psychological Society Fellow (FAPS) 

APS Clinical College Member
