Renee is one of the directors of Wanneroo Physiotherapy. She has 10 years of clinical experience and has completed a postgraduate degree in Clinical Physiotherapy with a major in Sports Physiotherapy. On completion of this degree, she had the honour of receiving the Diana Hopper Award for the highest clinical results in her graduating year.

Coming from a strong sporting background, Renee has been involved as an athlete in a variety of sports, including State Netball League. She travelled as the Team Physiotherapist for the WA State Netball 17/U team from 2009-201, has had involvement with the Fremantle Dockers Football Club, Wanneroo Wolves State Basketball League, Wanneroo Football Club, and is currently working and travelling with the Australian “Hockeyroos” Women’s Hockey Team.

As well as having a passion for the rehabilitation of sporting injuries, Renee enjoys the challenges and complexities of diagnosing and managing all musculoskeletal pain conditions including back and neck pain. She understands that issues can be complex and have multiple contributing factors and makes attempts to address the primary driving factors behind your pain. She has a strong emphasis on using manual therapy techniques and dry needling to achieve pain and symptomatic relief, as well as highlighting the importance of exercise rehabilitation for long-term results.

Renee’s diversity of experience places her in a great position to understand the demands of both everyday life and sport on the body and is committed to achieving an accurate diagnosis, professional management and optimal recovery for all of her patients.
