Dr Kasina is commencing working at Forrest Road GP on 11th July 2019.

He was trained in India in 1993 & Sydney in 2012

He has extensive Obstetrics & Gynaecology experience since 1990.

He provides comprehensive specialist medical care including:

• Early pregnancy problems (i.e. miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy).
• Management (up to 20 weeks gestation).
• Management of menstrual disorders including fibroids.
• Management of ovarian cyst, Endometriosis and Poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
• Investigation of pelvic pain.
• Management of abnormal Cervical Smear.
• Well women’s check including menopause management.
• Permanent sterilisation and other contraceptive advice (including insertion & removal of Mirena implantation).
• Endometrial ablation and hysteroscopic surgery.
• Laparoscopic surgery including hysterectomy (also vaginal & abdominal routes).
• Vaginal/Pelvic reconstruction surgery for prolapse (primary repair only).
• Postpartum care.
• Pre-pregnancy assessment and counselling.
• Basic Infertility investigation and treatment.

Dr Venkata Kasina is fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Telugu.

He currently works at Fiona Stanley Hospital; has clinics in Leeming, West Leederville and Willetton. He operates at South Perth Hospital 🏥
