Jessica’s experiences include working in mental health, primary care and corporate psychology across both the non-government and government sector, including the army and navy. She has been actively involved in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of clients across these settings, having worked with adults, adolescents and children with a wide range of presenting concerns including:
Jessica takes a collaborative approach to therapy, focused on ensuring clients therapeutic needs and psychosocial circumstances are reflected in individual treatment plans. She employs an array of techniques, tailored to meet individual client needs, which originate from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
Jessica loves to travel, is very outgoing and is a passionate Sea Eagles supporter.
