Dr Geeta Trehan is a full time GP working 5 days per week at Health at Brooker.

Dr Trehan graduated medicine at CMC India in 1988, also completing a Post Graduate in Surgery and National Fellowship in Surgery.

Dr Trehan has a wealth of experience in hospitals and general practice throughout India and Australia.

In 2004 Dr Trehan relocated to Cooper Pedy, with time also spent in the Riverland before moving to Adelaide and joining the Brooker Medical Clinic which is now operating as Health at Brooker. Dr Trehan teaches part time with AOGP, is a member of the College Board, and chairs the RACGP meetings for SA and NT. Dr Trehan speaks fluent Hindu/Punjabi.

Outside of work Dr Trehan enjoys cooking, writing poetry and cricket. Dr Trehan has a fascination with all aspects of medicine and enjoys reading medicine journals and books.
