For over 20 years I have walked alongside individuals on their journeys toward holistic health and wellbeing. My practice is underpinned by an understanding that positive and sustainable outcomes occur when we explore all facets of our lives – mental and emotional health, physical health, lifestyle, social factors, spiritual beliefs, work/study, and family.
Weaving together a range of evidence-based approaches, including Person-Centred, Solution-Focused, Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment, and Cognitive Behaviour therapies, I have enjoyed great success from a therapeutic perspective over the years. I have worked with adolescents (12+) and adults, including the most vulnerable. Supporting couples towards a healthier and more rewarding relationship is also a key interest area of mine.
I have a strong and genuine interest in seeking the best possible outcomes for clients. I aim to develop rapport, and create a safe and supportive environment, allowing them the opportunity to explore and navigate their concerns and challenges.
I have worked extensively in both the public and private sector, and draw upon a wealth of lived experience in my practice. Whether you’re a teenager navigating the complexities of adolescence, a couple seeking to revive their connection, or an individual experiencing depression, anxiety, stress or burnout, I’m here to listen, guide and support you on your journey.
I have worked with Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover, and Private Health clients.
