I am Raquel, I grew up in Portugal and completed the bachelor + master combined degree in Dentistry in October 2012.

My first day as a dentist was one of the most important days in my life, and I was very lucky as the patients and the team helped making that experience amazing.

I have continued to work and kept studying to improve my knowledge, doing some post graduations and intensive courses throughout the years.

In 2019 I moved here with my Australian partner and started my dentist recognition with ADC which was one of the most challenging experiences of my life. After succeeding in my 1st attempt I am happy to be recognised as a dentist in Australia.

I spent my career working in private practices and a private hospital having experience in all aspects of general dentistry. I love transforming smiles and have a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and fixed prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, veneers); however, I also enjoy to challenge myself in the other areas.

I believe understanding my patients needs and concerns is a must and what excites me the most is seeing them motivated, confident and happy with their smiles at the end.
Dentistry is always in my heart and thoughts, as well as my patients and their needs. There is nothing better than finishing a day with happy patients.

During my spare time I enjoy some yoga/pilates, dancing and going out for dinner. I absolutely love to travel, explore new cultures and food with my partner Jean-Bernard and friends.
