• CASA AvMedical $275
• FAA AvMedical *uncomplicated on the spot issuance $418
• (complex) requiring liaison with FAA $528
• Combined CASA & FAA Medicals $638
• Aviation ECG $99
• Audiogram $110

REQUIRMENTS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

*** FACE MASK – NO Face Mask, NO Entry!

1. Photo ID (Driver’s license or passport)

2. Glasses –

• If you wear them and your spare pair.
• If you wear contact lenses please be prepared to remove them with solution.

3. An empty stomach –

• If your medical requires you to do a fasting blood test.
• Eat nothing from midnight the night before, and only drink water in the morning.

Note - FAA MEDICALS do not routinely require blood tests.

4.Your relevent Medical History paperwork.
