Dr Hao Lu is an experienced and understanding Doctor at our Underwood clinic. Dr Lu bulk bills all patients for standard consultations. He speaks fluent Chinese (Mandarin).

Dr Hao Lu graduated from the University of Queensland, where he completed both a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery and a Bachelor of Pharmacy. Dr Lu trained in various city and rural hospital settings, including the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the Queensland Children’s Hospital. He also completed GP training in Gladstone.

As a doctor in Underwood, Dr Lu provides holistic care to his patients. He treats each and every patient with dignity and respect, involving them in all decisions regarding their healthcare in a Patient-centred care approach. Dr Lu believes that being diligent and reliable is the cornerstone of quality healthcare.

His special interests include chronic disease management (such as cardiovascular health, endocrinology, respiratory & renal conditions), children’s health and men’s healthcare.
