Dr Cheryl WhitecrossBBiomed (Melb), DDS (Melb)

Dr Cheryl Whitecross graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedicine and Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Melbourne. Following graduation in 2018 Cheryl has worked in private practice in rural Victoria, largely providing general dental services to people from a disadvantaged background.

Dr Cheryl’s particular interests in dentistry include restorative and cosmetic treatments. She strives to be knowledgeable about all aspects of the field to deliver holistic patient care. Cheryl has delivered great outcomes for anxious and apprehensive patients and has a gift for allowing people to feel understood and “seen”. The most rewarding parts of her job is seeing the positive changes in a patients attitude toward their oral health, and watching her patient’s face light up following the “reveal” of their aesthetic work.

Outside of dentistry you can usually find Cheryl immersed in nature, observing plants and wildlife. She also enjoys exploring the mind during daily meditation and reading about psychology. To regularly challenge her perspective, she endeavours to connect with people from all walks of life and to seek as many experiences as possible – you never know what might cross your path!
