Dr Nicki Joyce grew up in Darwin before moving to Melbourne to study medicine at Monash University. 

She has worked for several years at Frankston Hospital with a wide range of rotations including medicine, surgery, emergency and geriatrics. In particular she chose several rotations in paediatrics as an area of interest.

In her spare time she enjoys singing, reading, bush walking and ballroom dancing.
